Cancellation
Typically Dataflurry will ask for a 6 month to 1 year commitment from our search engine optimization and pay per click clients. This allows us to have a set amount of time to accomplish the marketing goals set before us. You must refer to your individual contract to determine how long you are bound to work with Dataflurry. If you decide to cancel your SEO services prior to completing your contract (without the approval of a Dataflurry manager), you will be liable to pay your full contract price in full.
Service Guarantees
No search engine optimization firm can offer you a guaranteed ranking of any type, and the reason is very simple. Search engine optimization firms do not have special privileges with the major search engines such as Google, MSN and Yahoo. Therefore, we cannot offer any specific guarantees as to performance, rankings or ROI.

Refund Policy
Dataflurry is not liable to offer any refunds and refunds are at the sole discretion of Dataflurry's managers. If any clients have concerns or issues, we will review the customers request and determine whether an early contract discontinuation or refund is available to the customer. Therefore, our customers are liable to fulfill their entire contract unless a Dataflurry manager offers to make a special exception for the specific client.
